What ABS is
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a hard, rigid plastic used for action figures, model kits and joints. It holds fine detail and snap-fits better than softer PVC.
ABS vs PVC / Vinyl
Use ABS for rigid poses, movable joints or crisp edges; choose PVC or vinyl for softer, painted collectibles. We help you pick the right material per part.
Combined builds
Many figures mix materials — a PVC body with ABS joints, or vinyl with an ABS base. We coordinate multi-material production at one factory.
